New Concept for an Iconic website

A deep dive into the iconic website to update the look while maintaining the brand DNA. From sketches to explorations, to a final design that takes into account uses across computers and mobile phones alike.

In early sketches, explorations were centered on the look of the website and the idea of the product being classified ads for the web.

Identifying the core color of the website, further explorations of the sketches, current branding elements, and font experimentation.

Own the look of 90s style color coding
purple for a clicked link, and bright blue
for an active link.

Keep the colors simple and light, utilizing
shades of grey and white to differentiate
parts of the page.

Font Updates

Times Roman is outdated and overused. Update to a modern Serif font for better readability, and a more appealing look for all headers.

Much like Times Roman getting a facelift, changing Arial to a modern, cleaner-looking sans-serif font will update the look of the site without compromising the overall look or
readability.
